The park has initially formed a modern agricultural industrial system dominated by biological agriculture and food processing. It has built a characteristic industrial base of 115,000 mu, such as blackberry, blueberry and organic agricultural products, and gathered 486 enterprises of various kinds, including 42 high-tech enterprises, such as food in-depth processing and intelligent equipment manufacturing. In 2021, the park's GDP will reach 5.352 billion yuan, an increase of 6.7%. Revenue in the general public budget is 343 million yuan, up 19.5%.

It has actively promoted the integrated development of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas. It has carefully created a four-color brand of "Unthinking Countryside" featuring red Plum Alley, organic rice, blueberry picking and blackberry processing, which has promoted the revitalization and development of rural areas. In recent years, the "two berries" (blueberry and blackberry) industry cultivated in the park has developed vigorously. Now, there are 16 "two berries" planting enterprises, 36 professional cooperatives, and more than 300 large growers and brokers, resulting in an increase of about 3,600 yuan per capita income.

It has carried out in-depth cooperation with international universities such as The College of Agriculture, Hebrew University of Israel, Cornell University of the United States and Kagawa University of Japan. Sino-British and Sino-French Joint Crop phenomics Research Centers have been established. Jiangsu Baima Agricultural International Expo Center, the largest in China with a total area of 50,000 square meters, has been built. It will become the center of development, exchange, exhibition and trade, brand planning of agricultural high-tech achievements at home and abroad.
